                              The WOW wedding Guidelines!


  1. Brides will have access to the wedding professionals who will create, designate and perform all duties
    involved with the wedding ceremony and reception.
  2. Brides will be assigned a professional wedding coordinator for the entire wedding planning process
    up to and including the reception.
  3. The professional wedding planner will choose the professionals that will provide the decorations,
    flowers, hair and makeup for bride and mother of the bride, the photographer, limousine service,
    certain designated rentals, music, groom's tuxedo rental professional, cake professional, Minister or
    Magistrate, venue and/or venue caterer, when deemed needed, and any other items listed within the
    package.
  4. Alcohol purchase for the reception will be at the discretion of the bride and groom; this will not be
    supplied by any C&S Destination Weddings and Events "WoW" wedding event.  Any need of alcohol
    will be handled directly with the rental venue through the wedding planner and any monies will be
    paid directly to the rental venue by the appropriate parties involved through the wedding planner.
  5. Additional services requested to be added to the selected WOW program will be handled by the
    wedding planner; any additional monies, due any extra requests or needs, will be paid directly to the
    vendor or vendors in question by the bride and/or groom or appropriate parties, through the wedding
    planner.

This is a team effort of wedding professionals to give you a professional         
wedding with a very unique twist!  The "WOW" program will create this for you!

Once the contract is signed and all monies paid, the planning process will begin.

    All monies will be handled through paypal for secure payments.

Well, this is the place to start------come and be a part of our WOW program!  We truly use Charlotte's most
experienced and dependable professionals in their field.  In our program all you have to do is bring us your
budget and we do the rest.  Now of course, there are a few rules and stipulations, like, you must give us
authority to act for you in the decision making; we do encourage the Friday and Sunday weddings because
of cost, but of course, this is not always the norm.  And, of course, there is an entry level of the "all-
inclusive" budget---these are only the small things to us.

The largest plus for a "WOW" wedding is that most, if not all, of your most desired wishes will come true.  
Where else can you find everything you wish for and all you have to do is just show up?  We will handle the
invitations, transportation and even the honeymoon (which by the way will also be a fabulous surprise).  

You will have the opportunity to meet with the decision makers and review their selections; you should be
comfortable with your team and have trust in us, knowing that we have your best interest at heart.  You
will not find a better group of professionals working together to create the wedding of your dreams.
