  • initial deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from the total of event contract.
  • contracts, with deposits, that are $8000 and under are payable in full upon signed contract.
  • contracts, with deposits, over $8000, will require a payment of 50% of complete event total.  This payment is due after
    7 business days of signed contract and within the first 30 days of signed contract.  50% of remaining monies is due
    from first 30 days of signed contract up to 60 days from date of event with final payment of any additional monies, due
    30 days from date of event.  No refunds 30 days prior to event date.
  • cancellation of signed contract after the first 7 business days and within the first 30 days allows 20% of paid portion
    to be refunded, less deposit.
  • cancellation of signed contract for monies paid within the first 30 days after signed contract and up to 60 days from
    event date, allows a refund of 20% of the total amount that has been paid.
  • cancellation of signed contract for monies paid within the 60 days to 30 days prior to event day, allows a 20% refund
    of monies paid.
  • NO REFUND of monies within the 30 days prior to event date.
  • cancellation of contract within 7 business days of signed contract allows a full refund of monies paid, less deposit.

OUR PAYMENT POLICY
Please refer to the *** on any item if you need additional services or hours from the vendors
involved with your particular package.  This means that any additional fee required to reach
your event goal can be made with no problem.  Your wedding planner will handle everything for
you.
What the *** means!!
The *** for airline tickets means that you still are able to fly anywhere you need to go other
than the United States---the going rate of that air fare would apply in addition to what is
allowed in the package.  Contact your personal wedding planner.
All services for hair and makeup with *** for the bride, comes with discounted services for
any additional people in the wedding party or family.  Your personal wedding planner will
handle any needed requests.
When the *** is combined with food, it means that the menus are limited depending on the price of the
package.
